Alexa El Kadi is a Virginia native who started her nursing career in 2015 after graduating from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a med-surg RN at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and then SOVAH Health Martinsville Hospital. While working as a RN at SOVAH Martinsville, she received her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021. Alexa is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She began her Urology career as an NP at SOVAH Urology in 2021 and transitioned to Southside Urology and Nephrology in 2025. Alexa lives in Franklin County with her husband and two dogs.
